What is SUDACHI?
SUDACHI is a member of the mandarin orange family and is related to yuzu and kabosu citrus fruits. It is a small citrus fruit, measuring about 4cm in length and weighing about 40g. It is often used to flavour grilled fish, sashimi, boiled tofu and other dishes, as well as in sweets and alcoholic drinks.
What is SUDACHI Powder?
SUDACHI powder is a powder of SUDACHI juice, not fruit skin (zest) and our powder is ca. 4 times more concentrated compared to real liquid juice of SUDACHI. SUDACHI possesses thirst-quenching and spicy note and tart, totally different from Lime or Lemon.
